NYX Protocol: Awakening is a story-driven third-person game about a discarded machine exploring the ruins of a buried system—and deciding whether its final command deserves to survive.
Players traverse decaying spaces, scavenge useful objects, listen for stories inside abandoned machinery, and guide NYX beyond the purpose designed for them. A free, self-contained Windows and Apple silicon Mac demo is available now.
The Kickstarter campaign did not reach its funding goal. Development continues toward a target Steam release in August 2027. Read the latest development update for context and clearly labeled concept art.
